John 12:9-10

Is there anywhere in the four Gospels from Matthew to John where it is written that someone or some people wanted to kill the disciples of Jesus?

Barnabas

Although he is not explicitly named as a disciple, Lazarus is a good candidate for your question. John 12:9-10 states that people sought to kill Lazarus as well as Jesus, because it was on account of Lazarus that many put their trust in Jesus. Lazarus is described as one whom Jesus loved, and along with his sisters, he seems devoted to Jesus, as a disciple would be (see John 11:3, 5).
