One of the services the Massachusetts Bible Society seeks to provide are those members and associates of MBS who will come to your local church to fill the pulpit on a Sunday, lead a Bible study, or work with your Christian Education leaders to help you find appropriate resources.
The list right now is small, but we hope that it will grow. Those on this list have agreed not to charge local churches for their services. MBS pays their travel expenses and if the church would like to offer an honorarium, it should be payable to the Massachusetts Bible Society. Such honoraria are always welcome as a way to defray related expenses, but are not mandatory.
