Jesus was talking about the stones of the Temple and it was a statement that was later used against him at his trial.
His prediction came to pass in the year 70 when the Romans destroyed it. This was the second temple and all that is left today is the western wall, known as the Wailing Wall.
Above is a photograph of the Wailing Wall as it is seen today. The fence separates the areas for men and women. Often people write prayer requests on little scraps of paper and put them into the crevices in the wall.
